Permissive Levy Intent

Impacts above are based on current certified taxable valuations from the current school fiscal year. Regarding the increase in the building reserve levy referenced above, the following are school facility maintenance projects anticipated to be completed:

  1. Assess and Repair Retaining Wall In Boiler Room
  2. Install/Replace Shut Off Valves for Water System
  3. Upgrades and Repairs to Lights and Electrical throughout School
  4. Assess and Repair Ceiling in Dungeon
  5. Assess and Repair Exterior Building areas that are chipping and peeling
  6. Assess energy efficiency and replace if necessary windows

The same budget levels are anticipated in the Bus Depreciation, and Transportation Funds for both elementary and high school; however, this could change once the fiscal year ends and books are closed and new taxable values are received from the Department of Revenue.
