Willow Creek School

Willow Creek School is looking for someone to drive athletes to and from practices in Whitehall this 2024 fall season for Volleyball and Jr. High Football. Students are transported from Willow Creek School weekdays at 3:20 to be at practice in Whitehall by 4:00. Practices for Jr. high and HS are not always starting at the same time but the athletes will ride together. Athletes will ride back together after practices end which will be approximately 6:15 leave time from Whitehall. Driver will be paid by the hour from WC leave time to WC return time. Please contact the office if you are interested in doing some or all of the driving!

JUNIOR HIGH VOLLEYBALL AND FOOTBALL: Willow Creek Junior High Volleyball parent/athlete meeting August 20th @ 5:30 in the cafeteria. Coach Tori will have all necessary player information for parents at the meeting. Please down load the sports you App if you haven't already. There is a code to access the JR High Lady Broncs team/parent communication site. Access code 8ESR-W654 JH Football athletes need to be in Whitehall by 4:00 on Tuesday, August 20th to receive their gear for the season and this will be followed by the parent/athlete meeting. The Willow Creek School will be paying Whitehall a portion of the sports fee again this year for our athletes, $50/athlete. One check will be written for all athletes before the first game day. Parents make sure to stay up to date on Sports You with Coach McLean.

Reminder to HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL players to be checking on Sports You for updates from our coach and to get all paperwork into the Whitehall School before the first practice Monday, August 19th @ 4:15 PM. Ms. Bonnie will be driving the first couple of days. Please meet at the Willow Creek School by 3:30 to leave for Whitehall. Practices will run until 6:15 PM. The school will pay a portion of the fees for all our co-oping athletes. One check will be sent for all athletes before the first day of competition.

CORRECTED BUS SCHEDULE for fall 2024 Be looking for a hardcopy in your mail before school starts along with Meet and Greet information. BUS SCHEDULE 2024-2025 The Willow Creek school bus pick-up & drop-off location for all out of district students is the Three Forks Airport. Morning Bus Schedule (Monday – Friday) Morning Bus Schedule (Monday – Friday) Willow Creek students - will be picked up starting at 6:45 a.m. All pick up times will be approximately 10 minutes earlier this year, due to adjustment to our route to avoid students crossing roadways. If your student misses the bus, we will not be able to stop "on the way back", because the students CANNOT cross the roadway to get on the bus. Out of District students – bus leaves TF Airport at 7:35 a.m. Afternoon Bus Schedule (Monday – Thursday) Out of District students – dropped off at TF Airport at approximately 3:45 p.m. Willow Creek students - dropped off approximately 4:10 p.m. Friday Afternoon Bus Schedule Out of District students - dropped off at TF Airport at approximately 2:40 p.m. Willow Creek students – dropped off approximately 3:05 p.m. Out of district parents should be at the bus stop 5 minutes early for pick-up & drop-off. These pick-up/drop-off times may change depending on the number of students riding the bus. Notice will be sent home in advance if bus schedule needs to be altered. Breakfast starts @ 7:45 a.m. 7th - 12th grade students can go ahead of younger students in line for breakfast only. This ensures there is plenty of time for student to eat and be in class before the tardy bell rings. The Pre-K - 6th grade students, if eating breakfast, will not be counted tardy until 8:15 a.m. This will make sure they have a chance to eat and finish their breakfast in a timely manner. Out of District students will only ride the bus from Three Forks to Willow Creek and from Willow Creek to Three Forks. Students should board the school bus once school is out. There is always an adult supervisor out on the playground before and after school as students get off and on the bus.

Willow Creek Broncs Junior High Volleyball Fall 2024!!

High School Volleyball and Football will be starting in Whitehall August 16th. Junior High Football, in Whitehall and Volleyball, in Willow Creek, will begin on August 26th. Co-op athletes/parents please let Ms. Bonnie know if you plan to participate this fall. MHSA sport physicals must be completed before all athletes can practice. Athlete/parent meeting dates will be sent out as soon as they are set. At that time parents will be able to sign paperwork and get a practice and game schedule. Willow Creek School will sponsor 1/2 of the sports fee for each athlete in the co-op to help offset the expense of participating. **Please contact the school if you are interested in driving for co-op sports this fall!

The Volunteer Firemen will be conducting drills on May 27th using the school football field. If you see or hear of a helicopter landing at the school it is a TRAINING DRILL for the firemen. Thank you WC volunteers for your service!!

It's a busy week for kids! Remember tonight is the 7-12 awards potluck dinner starting at 5:30. Please bring a salad or dessert. Wednesday is the elementary track meet starting at 9:00 AM. Kids can have school lunch or there will be concessions available such as burgers and dogs, various snacks and drinks. Thursday is the Spring Concert starting at 6:00 PM followed by an ice cream social fund raiser. A buck a bowl for ice cream.
