We are experiencing server issues at school currently and will not be able to zoom the school board meeting. Our computer techs are working on it but won't have it up in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello all grades 4-8 Parents and students! We WILL be doing the boys' basketball meeting with the girls' basketball meeting next Tuesday, Oct. 17th @ 6:30 in the cafeteria. We had hoped to have a boys meeting the first part of November, but will NEED to know commitment numbers before then to get games scheduled. PLEASE plan on attending if your student wants to play basketball.

Athletics will be having a fund raising spaghetti dinner at our home junior high volleyball game! Oct 5th Game starts @ 5:00. Dinner will be available starting @ 4:30. Includes homemade spaghetti sauce with burger, pasta, salad, garlic bread and drink (sports drink or water) for $10. The volleyball girls will be bringing dessert choices. If anyone would like to donate some Powerade or Gatorade to athletics it would be greatly appreciated! The Three Rivers Medical Clinic is holding a Flu Shot Clinic for the Staff, Students, and Community this Thursday at 3:00 in the School Cafeteria. Please call the school at 285-6991 ext. 120 if interested. Walk-ins are welcome.

Willow Creek School is gearing up for Homecoming 2023! We are having a pep assembly this Thursday afternoon to get the kids prepped for the upcoming spirit week Oct. 2-6. Spirit week days information will go out this week. Grades 2-12 will be having a competition with mini floats at our pep assembly! the floats will be built on wagons with a theme of Trojans VS Copperheads - the float judged best float by the student/staff body will be recreated into our BIG float for the Homecoming parade in Whitehall! More information about the Whitehall parade will be sent out as we get it. We do plan to take the student body over again on the bus with Ms. Chrystal like we did last year. MARK your calendars to head over to Whitehall and support our teams for Homecoming! Volleyball is Oct. 5th with Varsity action VS 34ks starting @ 7:00 and Football is Oct. 6th VS Anaconda @ 7:00.

We are having a fabulous first day back at school in Willow Creek! The United Methodist Church ladies delivered these wonderful homemade cookies for all our school staff. They put such care in each package! Thank you so much.

Please make sure and let the school know if you will be enrolling your student this fall if he or she was not a student at Willow Creek last year. We want to make sure we have the rooms ready and a desk to welcome your child(ren) into their classroom. Mark your calendars! :) We are having our annual community/parent/student/staff Meet and Greet potluck BBQ August 30th 5:30 - 7:30 @ the school. The school district will provide the burgers, hotdogs and drinks. Please bring a side dish of your choice! Come and meet the teachers and have a tour of the school. Everyone welcome!! Parents and students of grades 4/5/6 will have a very brief meeting in Ms. G's room at 6:30. See you all the 30th!

Students grades 5-11, are being issued a band shirt for the Spring Concert 5/23. Each shirt is numbered and checked out to specific students. Please return the shirts Wednesday and the school will launder them all together and store them. Thank you!
